Our young and dynamic team at Aqua Marina come from diverse walks of life, Senior Naval Officers, Lawyers, MBAs sharing an endless love of the sun and the sea.
Lawrence NathanLawrence is the CEO and joint owner of Aqua Marina. He is a graduate of the Naval Officer’s Academy, served as second in command of a missile frigate in the Israeli Navy reaching the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and is still on active reserve duty. A BA graduate in Law and Business Administration from Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
As CEO he specializes in widespread professional and business contacts with international manufacturers and designer, many on a personal level. He has been in the marine business for the past 20 years. Married and father of three little daughters.
Amir EyalAmir is Managing Director and joint owner of Aqua Marina. Graduating with honours from the Naval Officers Academy, and served as a commander of a Naval Patrol Boat during his military service, reaching the rank of Major and is still on active reserve duty.
He graduated cum-laude as lawyer from Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
During his studies he captained many different yachts all over the world.
He joined Aqua Marina as a partner. He is married and a father of three. In his spare time he is poet, singer and guitarist.
Tal HollanderTal is a graduate of the Naval Officers Academy.
He was the commander of a Naval Patrol Boat during his military service.
He graduated from IDC with honors as a lawyer and Business Administration from Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya; he specializes in international business development and marketing.
Sailing experience on various yachts in Israel and abroad. A wind surfer and kayaker in his free time and father of two future sailors.
Edwin BokobzaEdwin holds the second place in wakeboard masters from 2005 to 2008, and second place in wake-surf 2008.
He is a certified water ski instructor from Wingate – Israel’s National Sport Institute – responsible for our activities in the Lake of Galilee.
Most of the time you can find Edwin on a Malibu boat or wake-surfing behind one.
Gabriella Laufer MamanGabriella is the office manager. She holds a BSc. (chemist) and MBA degrees. For more than 20 years working on operation management, logistic, purchasing, import and processes development in biotech and electronics industries.
She has a great love of the sea, and to her credit an Atlantic crossing as well as skipper and competitive sailor. Married and mother of two daughters both promising sailors.
Max Stein
Max
is a valuable addition to the teamof the after serving as Chief Mechanic on Israeli Navy Patrol Boat - captained during his reserve duty by Amir Eyal. Max is responsible for all technical, mechanical and warranty
issues in the lake of Galilee for Malibu, Monterey and Bayliner. During his limited spare time he studies mechanics and electronics.
